Instructions for your AI writer
Overview
Instructions View in Ariglad allows you to guide how your existing knowledge base articles are improved by AI. Instead of editing articles one by one, you can create reusable instructions—such as tone changes, wording updates, or style rules—and apply them across your content.
Once an instruction is created and saved, Ariglad generates suggestions for your articles that follow that instruction. You can then review each suggestion and choose to approve or reject it before anything is published.
This ensures you stay fully in control of your knowledge while saving time on repetitive edits.
What Are Instructions?
An instruction is a short directive that tells Ariglad how to improve or modify your articles.
Common examples include:
Replace word [old word] with [new word]
Make the tone more professional
Include more examples in the explanation
Simplify the technical language
Fix any grammatical errors

How to Create an Instruction
In Ariglad, navigate to Instructions
Enter your instruction in plain language
(for example: “Make the tone more professional”)
Save the instruction
Once saved, the instruction becomes available for use and Ariglad will begin applying that instruction to generate suggestions for your existing articles.
Reviewing Suggestions
When suggestions are ready:
Each suggestion shows how the instruction would change the article
You can review the proposed changes side by side
For each suggestion, choose to:
✅ Approve – applies the change
❌ Reject – discards the suggestion
No changes are made automatically without your approval.
Managing Instructions
You can return to the Instructions view at any time to:
Edit existing instructions
Disable instructions you no longer need
Create new instructions as your content strategy evolves
