# How to View and Export Your Activity History

#### 1. Go to the Activity Page

Head to [Activity History](https://ai.ariglad.com/knowledge_base/history).

You’ll see a summary of recent activity, including approvals, rejections, and user engagement.

***

#### 2. Set Your Date Range

Use the filters at the top to pick a Start Date and End Date.

You can also click a quick range, like Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or This month, to move faster.

The table below will refresh automatically to show results from your selected time period.

***

#### 3. Review the Activity Table

Each row gives you a snapshot of an approval - including the status, type (new or update), brand, and category.

You can also see when it was created and approved, plus engagement stats.

***

#### 4. Export Your Activity

When you’re ready to download the data:

1. Scroll to the Activity Overview table.
2. Click Export Activity in the top-right corner.
3. Your activity will be downloaded as a CSV file, ready to open in Excel or Google Sheets.

***

#### Tip

Want a visual summary? Click View Charts next to the export button to see activity trends over time.
